Holding a Ph.D. in AI-based Control Systems, Dr. Jambholkar has been at the forefront of technological innovation, developing groundbreaking solutions in generative AI, multimodal systems, and advanced engineering applications.

Generative AI & Multimodal Solutions: Fine-tuning, RAG, Quantizing and Inferencing with advanced LLMs (Llama 3.1, Llama 3.2, Microsoft's multimodal SLMs — Phi mini and Phi medium), Agentic systems (CrewAI), and SLMs (Llama 3.2 1b, Llama 3.2 3b) for delivering IT and manufacturing services. Proficient in applying RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), hybrid RAG, and multimodal AI to solve complex problems for industries such as manufacturing, defence, and IT. Skilled in fine-tuning, quantizing, and hosting models to meet specific client needs.

Vision Systems: OpenCV, Yolo, multimodal LLMs, SLMs. NVIDIA Inception program member. Focused on applications of multimodal LLMs and SLMs for IT, Engineering and Manufacturing domains.

Engineering: R&D and Product developments in Defence systems, Robotics, Embedded Systems, Factory Automation, manufacturing Vision & Embedded Technology for Manufacturing and IT Services.

Advanced RAG, Handwriting Recognition, and EdTech Innovations: In the education sector, led the implementation of advanced RAG and handwriting recognition systems, enabling the correction of student-submitted answers using fine-tuning tools like Unsloth and Axolotl. Developed generative AI-based contract management solutions and front-end systems using ReactJS. Utilized hybrid RAG for ETL processes and Gen AI-based function calling.

Robotics, IoT, and Defence Technology: Developed and deployed AI and robotics solutions, including missile subsystems, small arms training systems, and remote predictive maintenance for solar water pumps. Expertise in solar inverter design and advanced control for defence and industrial robotics. Partnered with ABB Robotics and Schneider Electric for projects in factory automation and vision-guided robotics.
